Purpose: This difficult exercise was designed to improve balance and core strength.

Target Area: Abdomen, arms, back, and wrists.

Who Can Benefit From This Exercise:  Skiers, fitness - exercise enthusiasts, or anyone who wants to try a HIGH LEVEL balance and core strengthening exercise.

Instruction: Place two rollers on the floor parallel to each other. Stand with one foot on each roller, along the long axis (as if the rollers were skis). Place one B.O.I.N.G. in each hand. Relax arms next to hips. Swing arms forward and backward as if skiing.
Repeat: 10 - 20 times, 2 - 3 sets
Frequency: 2 - 4 times per week
Perform exercise with right foot forward, 6 inches, then switch and perform exercise with left foot forward. Do not attempt this exercise unless you have someone to spot you. If for any reason you feel unstable while performing this exercise on full rollers try performing it on half rollers with the flat surface up.
