Who Can Benefit From This Exercise:Women with weak arm, chest, or shoulder muscles. Men, women, and children who desire to exercise socially with family members.
Instruction: Lie on back with hands on ball. Hold baby on chest. Press baby up toward ceiling as you exhale. SMILE at your baby! Lower baby to chest, and kiss your baby!
Hold: 3 seconds. Repeat sets with 3-12 repetitions.
(Frequency: 2-4 times a week).
Repeat: 3 - 10 times, as the exercise becomes easier perform 2 to 3 repetitions.
Hints:If for any reason you feel unstable with this exercise, remove ball and place feet on ground while performing exercise.
