Advanced Exercises Using the Foam Rollers
Standing Shoulder Flexion

Purpose:
To strengthen arm muscles. To improve balance reactions.
Standing Foam Roller Shoulder Flexion Exercise
Instruction: Stand with roller horizontal on floor in front of body. Place one foot at a time on roller. Stand on roller with feet shoulder-width apart. Raise one arm overhead. Keep eyes level. Lower arm and raise opposite arm overhead.
