Advanced Exercises Using the Foam Rollers
Standing Neutral Position

Purpose:
To strengthen muscles in an optimal position to avoid injury. To improve balance reactions.
Standing Foam Roller Neutral Exercise
Instruction: Place one roller upright in front of body for balance if needed. Stand on second roller placed horizontal on floor with feet shoulder-width apart. Maintain standing with a natural curve in back. To keep balance, move arms out away from body.
