Basic Exercises Using the Foam Rollers
Supine Neutral Position with Shoulder Flexion

Purpose:
To strengthen arm and neck muscles.
Supine Foam Roller Neutral Exercise with Shoulder Flexion
Instruction: Lie on side with knees bent. Roll back onto roller with feet flat on floor. Place small ball under head and arms alongside roller. Raise one arm overhead. Lower arm down to floor. Repeat with opposite side.
