Basic Exercises Using the Foam Rollers
Supine Neutral Position

Purpose:
To strengthen muscles in an optimal position to avoid injury.
Supine Foam Roller Neutral Exercise
Instruction: Lie on side with knees bent. Roll back onto roller with feet flat on floor. Place small ball under head and arms alongside roller. Maintain natural curve in back.
