Why shouldn't I stand on an inflatable roller?
Standing on an inflatable roller is not recommended for anyone - therapy clinic patients and fitness club members alike. Due to its pliable and dynamic nature, the inflatable roller is dangerous to stand on.

Is the inflatable roller safe for people with latex allergies?
Yes, the inflatable roller is a safe product for individuals who are sensitive or allergic to latex. It is made from vinyl, not latex. The inflatable is not as long as the foam roller.

How will my tall clients fit on the roller?
Although, the inflatable roller is shorter than the traditional foam roller, a soft foam ball can be placed under the head. The foam ball supports the head while the roller support the body, accommodating a taller person.

Can I perform the same exercises with the inflatable and foam roller? Yes, the inflatable and foam rollers are often used interchangeably. However, certain exercises are much more comfortable on an inflatable roller, like kneeling exercises, and other exercises have greater benefits on the foam roller, as with the iliotibial band massage and standing exercises. (As previously stated, never stand on an inflatable roller.)
